Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Horizon (the “App”), a macOS menu bar application created by Soraphoj Damrongpiriyapong. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Horizon is provided free of charge. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any third-party services you connect to it, including Google’s API and Calendar terms. You are responsible for the accounts and data you connect to Horizon.

Third-party services

Horizon can connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Horizon is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your calendar and scheduling decisions remain your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
